2. Services
RULVAS provides high-end creative and AI-powered visual services, including but not limited to: Brand film production Product photography and visual content Brand identity enhancement and visual direction Each project is customized based on the client’s needs. Scope, deliverables, timelines, and revisions are clearly defined and agreed upon in writing before the project begins.RULVAS provides AI-powered creative services including:

- Brand elevation and visual identity
All project scopes, deliverables, and timelines are agreed upon in writing before work commences.
3. Payment Terms
All payments are structured per project agreement. A 50% upfront deposit is required before work begins, with the remaining 50% due upon final delivery. No final files, assets, or deliverables will be released until full payment has been received. Delays in payment may result in delays in delivery.Payment terms are outlined in each individual project agreement. 4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client receives the agreed-upon usage rights for the final deliverables. RULVAS retains the right to showcase the work in its portfolio, social media, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing. 5. Revisions & Scope
Revision rounds are defined in the project brief prior to commencement. Any requests beyond the agreed scope—including additional concepts, edits, or deliverables—will be considered out-of-scope and subject to additional fees. 6. Cancellation
Either party may cancel the project in accordance with the terms outlined in the project agreement. The initial deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced. If the client cancels the project after work has started, RULVAS reserves the right to invoice for all work completed up to the cancellation date. 7. Limitation of Liability
RULVAS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables.
